Preparation and Cooking Instructions

Boil In a large pan, bring 1 gallon of water to a boil. Place 10 pounds in the boiling water. Allow potatoes to cook for 20-30 minutes until potatoes reach 165°F for 2 minutes. Grill Place 1 pound of potatoes on a preheated (375°F-400°F) oiled (1/4 C) grill. Allow potatoes to cook for 11-13 minutes, turning frequently (every 3-4 minutes), until potatoes reach 165°F for 2 minutes. *Note: Due to variance in oven regulators, heating time and temperature may require adjustment. Product should be heated to 165 degrees F internal temperature.
